the wings of the sentimental drifter
winging high grand and stately above us
with little tiny flaps of motion
settled in my lonely singleness 

on top of the curious mountains
at the depths of the freezing cold seas
the pleasant sounds never faltered
to reach the ears of destiny

the rush of the blissful wind
quietly heard the flow of streams 
the lonesome mystifying lullaby 
realized the passage of dreams 

my enchanting melodious sonata
searching for the power to claim  
with the cupid's seducing-tipped arrow  
will sting the notes of the song and win  

heaven sent this nighttime sonata
to swing you to sleep to dreamland 
alter the path of your lovely dreams 
and lead those meanings to my heart...
