sweat dripping on the thirsty ground
is water that came from humans
physical activity and temperatures around
yielded the physical toughness of man
everyone’s life has its ups and downs
managed our responses reacted to rebound
but each time we face our fears, worries and doubts
we find ourselves giving up then turn around
our ability to execute an action
at a level that’s always paired with caution
the unwavering will to ultimately win
is mental toughness, a skill, a discipline
