This is my moment of joy
’cause you taught my heart
how to love and care
hatred and neglect were
abandoned affairs

Frequent smiles and laughter
sheathed the knitted brows of paint
silhouette of twilight time
enriched my image as a saint

Little rains

Little rains, whispers of the twilight
want to know where you’ve been
sunset hides from the clouds they fell
in the silence of the world’s noise
Little rains, droplets of diamonds
glisten through the near-night sky
catch the weakened rays of the sun
comfort the tears, smile and dry your eyes

The Face That Marched in the Forefront

Photo by Is Kanda on Pexels.com
immersed into a sea of alluring faces
lost among the good cheers of bliss
but one was perfectly an ace of standouts
her smile caught me in a static stare

her eyes speak of happy pictograph
sinking deep into my timid heart
expression of calmness well memorized
into the mind securely intact

her image reflects a lovely queen
can't be bruised and can't be shaken
unmarred smile the epitome of beauty
like a moon in the sky shining brightly

but the face that marched in the forefront
is so near yet a distant hunt
a perfect figure the pearl that I imagine
is the lady that's on the cover of a magazine...

SMILE…

A dog’s smile can brighten our whole day.

Is this a convincing smile that this dog will not bite or he will have a playful time with you ?

In other cultures, smiling is perceive as a negative expression and unwelcoming. On the contrary, people who smiles frequently are likable and approachable than non-smilers. Moreover, they can be thought of as more competent, friendly, and attractive.

Smiles can be a pre-laughing action to laughter or it is a response to laughter. It can be used to acknowledge the laughability of a joke or verbal utterances.

It can also be a sign of approval or a concealment for a disapproval. More often than not, people smile to hide some less than happy feelings. In any case, smile is far more sinister. But the most common smiles by people are displayed on their faces when they are in genuine feelings of pleasure and giddy happiness. It is long and intense with “twinkling eyes”.

There are other smiles that are difficult to classify but it can be observed on people who are trying a concealment while experiencing emotions of distress or a threat whether real or imagined, being miserable, embarrassed, dampened, etc.

But one smile that sometimes are on view on our beautiful faces. We can easily spot a fake smile by simply looking to the eyes. It is accompanied with greetings – and we’re used to politely lying about our true feelings – saying, we’re fine, even when we’re not – with these expressions fixed on our faces.

So, which smile do you wear often? Mona Lisa’s flirtatious ? Whether her smile is mysterious or not, Leonardo Da Vinci’s masterpiece nails a flirting Mona.

Smile Though Your Heart Is Aching. The song goes…

Smile more often, it makes a difference.
