______________
i hear the danger
i see the flames
black clouds from the grounds
writing names to blame
machines roared
buildings destroyed
a place in distress
voices in paranoid
if i am dreaming
please wake me up
let me see my own shadow
taking care of myself
i heeded my screams
my shouts of fear
the hope of survival
was drowning in tears
a war borne in despair
fearful of people near by
a man sitting on his chair
alone, lonely, living in lies
_____________
Timely.

Thank you for sharing. It so comforting to have resources to guide us through such times as these. Gods Word has done that for me and my family. Philippians 4:6,7 is a passage that I appreciate reading.
