Photography # 20 – Betel Nut Palm Tree

We have this palm at home and when the fruits are ripe they fall down from the tree and grow just beside it. They need to be replanted because they grow a few inches from one another. They need distance to have a good fully grown tree.

Betel Nut or Areca Catechu, a native to India, Asia, Philippines, and other parts of Africa. Its benefits in consuming these nuts include, mental alertness, boost energy levels, euphoria, stamina, boost appetite and aids digestion. Studies show that there are side effects in the use of these nuts.
